Unstoppable Golem Deck in Clash Royale: Bring Destruction to the Opponent Side

Golem is an epic card that unlocks in Arena 6 known as Builders Workshop. Due to its high hit points, this card is used as a big shield. The rock solid Golem is hard to counter in Clash Royale if it has a proper backup. Thus a Golem deck can be unstoppable sometimes. In this article I’ll explain about a Golem deck which you can use to push your trophies.

So let us take a look at the deck –

Golem – The rock-solid golem is the heart of this deck. Your full deck is based on this card so be careful to use this card properly to bring destruction to the opponent side.
Elixir Pump – One of the most used cards in Clash Royale even after getting nerfed for continuously two times. So you can guess that the Elixir pump is a very tricky card which can be used for elixir recycling as well as for making a hard push. As your deck is based on Golem which takes 8 elixir so this is important for you collect more elixirs on a short time to make the unbeatable push. Only Elixir pump can help you with this.

Furnace – One of the newest addition into this game which is pretty much useful after the latest balance changes. The fire spirit got buffed on its area damage which made this rare card very useful especially with a tank in front. As the deck is based on Golem so you can expect your opponent to counter your Golem with Inferno/Barbarians/Minion Horde/Goblins. So the fire spirits from the Furnace will be very much useful to clear out the path for the golem. The best part about the Fire spirits is that they can hit on both ground and air so it can assure the protection in most of the cases.

Ice Wizard – Probably the best card for defending. The Ice Wiz falls into the legendary category. The ability to slow down any troops and dealing splash damage makes him unique. Use this card at the back of Golem to give it protection as well as in defense in this deck.



Barbarians – One of the best defending cards in this game. The 4 barbarians stand like a guard to any push from the opponent side. From Prince to Hog Rider, these 4 barbarians have the ability to stop any push. In this deck, the card is generally used in defense purpose only.
Witch – She falls in the epic category but her use is very less in this game. She is perfect in defense as well as in offense in sometimes. Summoning dead warriors is her special ability. She can be a great back up of the Golem.

Arrows – One of the best spell cards in this game. This card is very useful to take out the horde troops and low hp goblins.

Bomber – The tiny bomber is over powerful. The use of this card is less but it deals heavy area damage. To make your Golem unstoppable you’ll need this card very much.

Witch – She falls in the epic category but her use is very less in this game. She is perfect in defense as well as in offense in sometimes. Summoning dead warriors is her special ability. She can be a great back up of the Golem.

 Deck Strategy


Your deck is based on Golem so keep one thing on your mind you have to make the Golem unstoppable on your push, The huge Hit points of the Golem makes that most of the time. But the card is very costly as it takes 8 elixirs. So firstly, put the elixir pump and wait for it to fill up and spawn the Golem at the back of the King Tower so your elixir will regenerate while it reaches the bridge and you can give enough backup. Prefer Spawning the Witch and Ice Wiz if you have enough elixir or in need, you might have to put Bomber or Arrows according to the troops of the opponent. The basic plan is if you aren’t able to put the elixir pump at the very start and couldn’t spawn the Golem due to the enemy’s card play, so defend your enemy until you feel comfortable or the 2x elixir period. In the 2x elixir period this deck will be very powerful and probably your enemy will fail to stop your push. Use them Golem as Shield and back up it with Witch/Ice Wiz/Bomber and your path will be clear! Meanwhile, you can also use the Furnace to keep a flow ongoing. But keep on mind only the furnace at the back won't work because the spawn time of furnace is 10 seconds.  

However, if you don't have Ice Wizard then you can replace with Wizard and if you want to put Princess then you can swap bomber with the princess. These should work fine!
